About Moi!

Hey my fellow food lovahhhs, my name is Alia and I’m perpetually on the hunt for that one delish dish of perfection.  The kind of dish that stimulates your palate before you even take a bite, the kind that blows your mind, soothes your soul and makes you yearn for more.  To me, food is a cultural centerpiece that perfectly reflects a region’s history, people and customs.  I grew up in San Diego with a Tunisian father and a Chinese-Indonesian mother, so there was no shortage of delishness in my house growing up.  I attended college at UC Berkeley, currently live in the West Coast food mecca known as San Francisco, and am fortunate enough to have traveled and tasted my fair share of food around this great globe.  I love to eat, travel, cook, explore new eateries and I LOVE to talk about it, so here I am.  Please enjoy One Delish Dish!
